It is spread in an area of 13 square kilometres. The park is located on the bank of the Nevgal Khad and offers a scenic view of Dhauladhar ranges. It is a perfect place for outings and picnic. The park was created to generate awareness about the environment among people. The park has many recreational facilities like bird watching, bouldering and boating. It is the favorite spot of the nature walkers.
