Nahargarh Fort

Nahargarh Fort

The magnificent city of America was the capital city of Rajasthan before Jaipur was founded. In the 1600s, the city was busy with industry and markets. Safety was built in the former capital of Nahargarh alongside Amer Fort and Jaigharh Fort.

The hills of the Aravalli overlooking a lovely lake are situated near Nahargarh. A food court and restaurant with excellent views over Padao are situated on top of the building. The Jaipur Wax Museum and the glass palace are now located in the fort.

The tiger dwelling has a wonderful view. It used to be a desolate place with magnificent buildings and some places to eat. Today, however, the fort is filled with noise because the glass palace and wax museum are recently opened.

The Wax Museum has many prominent people such as Amitabh Bachchan. The museum has detailed histories and well-crafted sets along with life as a replica of several national heroes.

The Sheesh Mahal was designed to preserve the architecture of the Mughal and Rajput. This glass palace is important because the entire room is made of glass handcrafted. Sheesh, Mahal has no glass floor in other parts of Rajasthan. That’s why this location is interesting to visit.

The fort is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The entrance fee is INR 200 for visitors abroad and INR 25 for graduates.

Near the fort’s entrance is the Wax Museum and Sheesh Mahal. The entry fee is INR 350.
