The Galta Monkey Temple boasts a picturesque and stunning landscape of rich greenery with magnificent views over the city of Jaipur. This temple is renowned for its various tribes of monks, and religious hymns and chants give visitors a peaceful atmosphere, as well as the natural environment.
A special fort was designed to store guns and other military facilities, most of which are known as the Fort of Victory. The forest was a major center for artillery development during the rule of the Rajputs and Mughals. At the moment, any traveler will see the guns and other war tools used in the fortress museum.
The giant canon Yaivana, along with its excellent military architecture and other attractions, is the principal attraction of the city. This fort has an armory that shows the swords and other items that were used primarily for combat as a military campus. The museum exhibits the Rajput rulers ‘marionettes, artifacts, portraits, and war equipment.
A visit to the fort takes about an hour. The entry fee is INR 85 for foreign tourists per head and INR 35 for Indian per head.
